      I was approached by the HR who initiated the initial rounds. First round: Normal discussion about my day to day work and my previous companies. Since I am not from Canada, She asked me about shifting to Canada and I didnt have any issue. I told them if they can sponsor my Visa, then only I will be interested in other rounds. The first round happened in April 2019. Second round: Hiring Manager: got to know she is the VP of Engineering. Same questions but a bit more into my experience and how I get things done. Third round: VoIP Team lead/ architect: I had done thorough investigation and checks on their product till now and had a decent conversation regarding the bugs I was able to find in their app and website. Since I am from a support background, testing has always been my thing and the round went great. All of this took a week and I was happy how fast the process was moving and HRs responsiveness. However, Its been 2 months now and I have no idea whats happening. I am trying to follow up with the HR but all I am getting is that the panelists were happy with your interview and have given a positive feedback but our Hiring Manager is on vacation. Which hiring manager takes 2 months leave and still going on? As per my discussions, Their app is a mess and the VP had told me that they are overhauling their product which is a good step and they need technical guys with good knowledge. When one person is able to find and showcase things which are wrong in your own product in 30 min of app testing, Just think of what all he can do when he gets on-boarded. And seriously do you have only 1 hiring manager? To grow its essential to hire the right person if you have found one. If you will keep them sidelined and look for much better, then their is nothing called " perfect " as their will be someone much better than your selected guy too. Though to add a review here, I have to choose something , but I still dont know when will i get the call, but I am still in pipeline.
