Entretien
It began with an on-line application (application, resume, references, statement of purpose). Interviews consisted of individual interviews with relevant administration in the Dean's office, as well as a panel interview with about 6-8 different faculty and program directors.

Question 1
I don't recall any questions being overly difficult or unexpected. I had been in the position of Assistant Director of the same department for 5 years prior to applying to the position of Director. I had a detailed plan of what I intended to do if given the offer.
