Entretien
I was interviewed by the service manager at first. She asked me basic questions like availability, how I handle stress, etc. They liked me enough that I went through another round of interviews that same day, but this time with the general manager. He asked me even more questions and then he offered me the position.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
