Friendly and very through and asked many great questions and the criteria to have to write 30 words is dumb and having to write this is even dumber to have to do hrs to see what other ppl wrote! This is stupid!!!

The interview process involved two interviews, the first with the Store Manager and the second with the store's Managing Partner / General Manager. The process was overall very quick and painless. I came prepared and they were mostly interested in my background and why I wanted to work for Texas Roadhouse. Would definitely recommend for those interested in working in the food industry and looking for an expedited hiring decision.

It was very simple to interview with. They were very easy to interview with them. They were somewhat picky in the type of people they chose to interview. Overall the staff was very friendly to me
