One on one interview usually with the service manager or the general manager, Pat who is an awesome man and a pleasure to work for. Just be yourself, you have to have a passion for serving because it isn't for everyone. But this is definitely a great place to work.
its a quick and easy process you can either have experience or not they will train you but just making sure you have social skills and can handle fast pace environment
