Very simple. As long as you were a server beforehand all questions are fairly easy. They look for energetic and upbeat people. I would say to be yourself and be relaxed because they are looking for people calm under pressure because you definitely will be at times

Tell me about your time management skills and how you have used them in the past?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
