Entretien
Straightforward. Talking, asking questions about experience, availability, how you interact with others and feel about teamwork. I was lucky to interview with a very friendly and talkative manager. That is kind of an exception as a Texas Roadhouse employee so just expect an interview with someone who wants you to be relaxed, talkative and willing to forward the conversation.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
