First round is Phone Screnning, not in advance scheduled meaning, lasting around 20 minutes. Second round is Campus day like Assessment Center, lasting the whole day. In the morning session: Presentation, Group Discussion, Reflection. In the afternoon session: Professional Interview, General Interview.
