Went in for an “interview” with recruiter, and was given a packet explaining the rest of the interview process. Was told to go TI to take a test, have a job preview, and have an actual interview. When I arrived I was told that I couldn’t go forward with the process, because I have an undergraduate degree. I was completely baffled. The lady straight up said she wouldn’t let me go through the process, because they wouldn’t choose me due to my education! Honestly don’t know of any company that punishes applicants for having a degree. I was fine with the positions pay and description, but it didn’t matter. If you have any education above a high school diploma, don’t even bother applying.

Exhaustive and detailed. TI uses a staffing agengy to hire, usless your corporate. They just went through the usual smorgasbord questions that any average company asks. Examples would be but are not verbatium. Are you a team player? Can you give us an example of a situation in which you blah, blah, blah.
