Entretien
I applied in person and was given a packet with a wine list, the introduction, and the desserts and was told to memorize it and come back in a few days to recite everything to the manager. I did, and then I was given a job. Easy if you put in the effort!

They asked me to recite everything listed in the packet of materials. It is to help you sell them, therefore everything that I memorized I recited everyday at all of my tables to make money. It was essential for me to learn all of the info.
