I had a 30-minute interview with a recruiter who decided to let me go to the next phase and interview with the people I would be working with at the hospital. The meeting was over Microsoft Teams and was pretty relaxed. They confirmed a few things and then asked some behavioral interview questions. The most negative aspect of the interview was learning that this position mostly involves pacifying angry parents when the hospital makes mistakes.
