like a train wreck, difficult but mind consuming. I do not have thirty words to describe the interview process. You wing it, through intelligence, commitment, and honesty. Thirty words would be excessive at this point and hope it meets the quota. Depending on where in this institution you are to be offered a position, the interview process may differ.
Meet with outpatient clinic educator and coordinator to go over resume and talk about the position. After these two meetings went to clinic and talked with the other RN in the clinic
