Friendly and respectful environment. Zoom call, but still personable. Manager was very knowledgeable about the position and hiring process. You only interview with the hiring manager and then wait to hear back from the assigned recruiter about an offer or rejection.

Interview is virtual, and you will meet with 3/4 people on the Unit that each ask questions about you and how you will benefit the Unit. They are taking notes while you talk but stay focused and only answer the question asked.
