They asked the usual questions but apon first meeting I knew I wouldnt be hired. I saw only one race in the entire huge dialysis unit who were nurses. The techs were different races but the nurses were all of a particular race and so was the manager. The manager asked me questions if I got my CNN certification and how come I didn't....even though I have my bachelors and am mid way through graduate school she tried to make me appear stupid. I am wondering if the manager even has her bachelors and if so I am wondering if it was from a college in this country. The fact that I'm in graduate school was probably something she didn't like either. I think people need to evaluate this unit and take into account the lack of diversity seen here.
