After the first contact, I was scheduled for an in-person interview 2 to 3 weeks later. The interview went very well and was quite pleasant. I was very comfortable, and felt well-informed of the position and requirements.
My only complaint is after the interview, I was welcomed to follow-up, which I did initially 2 weeks after my interview with a vague response. One month after, I followed-up and received no reply...I suppose indicating I was not selected for the role. I was hoping to at least get a "the position has been filled, will keep you in mind for future roles..." or something other than silence... I just felt it was rude.
Other than that, I think Texas Children's is an ideal company to work for in my industry, and certainly hope for another opportunity to work for them.
