Then when selected for am interview I went and had a committee interview
Afterward they took me on a tour of the facility and showed me what the job would entail and how my job would be

It was quick and easy to apply online. After that, they set up a 2 on 1 interview and asked basic questions. It was pretty easy and get to know you questions.

Very welcoming environment with different managers and peers from the veterinary hospital present. It was a more laid-back interview, and I was even offered a job for a position that I did not originally come to interview before.
