Applied online and received email to set up meeting. Interviewed with HR and manager. Both were polite and professional. Good vibe. Easy questions, standard HR questions like give me a time when you showed conflict. Offer came in after a week.
It was simple with 3 rounds But written test is tough, can be answered with good case processing knowledge, Guidelines, PV basics, PV definitions, PV processes, ICH and GVP, GENERAL HR related questions and behavioral questions

Entretien
The interview process was very long and tiresome - took 3 months. overall there are different 3 interviews, a whole day for talent assesment tests and quistionnares (along with 2 more interviews on site) , 3 recomendations were required. After this whole 3 monthed sharad was over, they didnt even bother to send a notice that they decided to go with another candidate. not a fun experience at all.
