Entretien
Tetra tech reached out to me after I met them at my university career fair. They were very proactive in recruiting me and made me feel very desired as a potential candidate for employment. When I came into the office for my in-person interview they continued to show interest in me and presented themselves in as professionals while still coming across as personable and approachable. I felt very welcome and optimistic about the possibility of my future with the company as a young engineer who was excited to begin their career.

Do you see yourself developing as a specialist in this field or moving into management.
Everything was coordinated through a recruiter who was great. Multiple 30 minute interviews with different team members. They were very transparent about what they were looking for, their timeline, and other candidates.

Long and drawn out interview process which was not clear or communicative to the interviewee. Ultimately I had to accept another offer because it wasn’t clear when I would hear back.
