The interview process starts with an assessment, continues with a series of interviews and a business case. The assessment includes a mix of role specific questions and general psychometric assessments. I really liked the assessments, they are really well done and you can access the results straight away so you know if you did well or not, when you talk to someone you know that you are seriously being considered for the role which is quite refreshing considering how much ghosting happens in the industry.
