Simple, group interview made easy to pass with flying colors. At the time, lots of applicants, more stringent process nowadays. mine was 2021 and it went well but did not offer sponsorship and adviced for engineering carreers there

Entretien
The interview consists of 2 rounds. The first round is the HR phone screen, in which they wanted to know if you are willing to work night shift and overtime. There isn't any technical questions. The second round is with the hiring team, which is more behavioral focus. Still the main focus is can you work overtime. Pay is average.

quick to the point same basic questions always asked in an interview went through a phone interview with a recruiter was then pushed through for a following interview through microsoft teams
Pretty simple asked questions. Mainly regarding the work, the pay, if I was comfortable, and what I would do. From there they went to ask about experience, what I have done, what I plan for my future etc. etc.
