Phone interview, then 1 hour in person half interview half driving together to and from a location, then final interview was a 30 minute virtual interview with one other person.

Tell us about yourself, why leave your job, what does ADAS mean, what are some ADAS features, have you driven a Tesla before, give an example where you did a job but didn’t know 50 percent of the facts.
2 easy rounds with the first being a phone interview going over your resume and job details to verify matching experience.
Second is in person with behavior and situational questions as well as a driving test.

I applied online and I didn't hear anything for many months. Got a phone screening then a phone interview both were easy. Then an in person interview that was uncomfortable. Also had me drive a Tesla.
