Nice and casual conversation based on experience and standard questions related to design decisions. The interview process was not too organized so it was difficult to gauge what it was that they wanted to hear more about.

What softwares do you know to use and how have you used them?
It was good and a lot of shop floor experience and a good manufacturing background. Overall, I would say if you prefer on floor job, this would be a great fit

Not too hard. I had two interviews one with my manager and one with my mentor. Both where very chill with no behavioral questions just about the company and my resume.

Entretien
2-3 screening interviews and then presentation interview with panel of 3-4 engineers, select subject of your interest and present. Panel member dropped after 20 minutes for unknown reason. Needless to say, it was Friday and they hate the process themselves.
