J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesla (Miami, FL) en juin 2015
Entretien
Ok this process was a bit long. This was how my process was..
1. You'll get an e-mail from HR saying that they like you and when to setup a phone interview
2. HR will call you and have a phone interview with you. My phone call was about no more than 7min
3. You'll get a email saying that they want to move forward and setup a in-store interview.
4. I had a store interview with the Owner Advisors first. If they like you see step 5.......
5. After a week you'll be contacted to have a interview with the store manager and if they like you......
6. Your last interview will be with the Regional Manager of Sales and if he or she like you....
7. You'll hear from HR for an offer and starting signing paper work to start working. They'll send you paper work about Background check (to make sure you'll never steal the car) and drivers license to make sure you dont drive like a cast member of The Fast & Furious and have a clean record.
Listen if you care about this company and what the company stands for then you'll be fine. If you're a big fan of the car you'll get hired. Work here because you want to, not because you need a job. The company will grow fast at one point with the Model X and Model III coming out.
Now this process took 5 weeks. 2 interviews on the phone with HR & the Regional Manager and 2 in-store with Owner Adviser and Store Manager. Now i'm sure every case might be different, but be prepared to wait.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
With HR : Why Tesla?, Where else have you worked? Whats your schedule like?
Owner Adviser: Why Tesla? Tell me a time you've been challenged? Talk about your pass job experiences?
Store Manager: Why Tesla? Why do you want to work here? What made you choose Tesla? Talk about your last job and Do you know what your role as a PS will be?
Regional Manager : Why Tesla? Talk about your experience and do you know what your role will be? what do you know about Tesla in general.
It was casual and informal. I found that the managers were not very focused and seemed to lack professionalism. I'd recommend asking them more questions about the position and what it can offer you. There will be alot of sales force
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Are you willing to work beyond normal businesses hours.
The interview process was straight forward, but they were unresponsive following. I did follow up, but the recruiter did not make any effort to return my reach outs. I was kind of confused as i thought this was a pretty prompt high standard company.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked very open ended questions, pretty generic for band knowledge.
The group interview will do a lot of role-play and will ask to sell me something. They also ask open questions, like, Can you tell me about your sales experience? How do you approach generating new leads and closing deals? How do you handle rejection and what motivates you to exceed sales targets? Also, question about Tesla products.
