Extremely difficult and professional. Invited back for second round however was unable to make the cut for the 3rd. Still would recommend for most as its an extremely employee friendly business .

Tell them about a time you had deal with a difficult customer
The interview process was fantastic with the questions being good. The interviewers asked questions about the future and sought to understand the experience. I was well prepared for the interview.
Couple of phone screens with a recruiter followed by 2 interviews, one with Service manager & Service Supervisor followed by one with the Regional lead. Little over a month long process for a Service advisor position is wild to me.
