Hr followed up closely and give ample updates. Even though I was not offered, they did give me a call and explain their decision. This is something which I didn't expect.

What would be your strategy to communicate with key local authority.
Asked many questions that were not directly related to my experience. But in the end got a chance to ask them questions. However, I'm not sure if their answers were honest.

Initial phone screening with recruiter, basic questions, then ghosting my emails for 2-3 weeks, then asking more time and another week with an automated negative letter. No feedback at all.
