Applied via the online application and received an e-mail a month later to schedule a phone-interview. I believe that all employees speak with someone from corporate first, in effort to maintain quality. The phone interview was much more standard than I was expecting. Questions such as "tell us about yourself" and "describe an instance where you have been challenged." To be honest, I was a little dissapointed that there were so few (f any) questions about the vehicles. The interviewer was overall pleasant but I didn't have much feelings or opinions about the interview after it was over. It was done and that's it.

It was casual and informal. I found that the managers were not very focused and seemed to lack professionalism. I'd recommend asking them more questions about the position and what it can offer you. There will be alot of sales force
