1) Resume Screening 2) If they liked your resume, they will contact you for first round interview of 30 min 3) Then you move to second round interview which is also just 30 min The interviewers based the student's competency solely based on rather or not the student was part of vehicle clubs like Hyperloop or Formula 1. As a former member of those clubs, I've noticed that only about 5% of those club members actually do anything with engineering work, and others are part of the club just for the resume. I find this recruiting process very ineffective - they will miss out a lot of talented engineers because of it.
