Phone call with recruiter, then follow up video call with manager. Process was about 2 weeks long and fairly easy. Call with manager was situationally focused. Communication was fairly good though could be slow to respond to emails.

2-3 interviews. They go by super quick and just make sure to say that fight climate change and sustainability is the most important thing to do for the world. Make sure you do your research on the interviewer because it could be someone high up that you will work with or that is brand new to the role.
