Contact was made through an ex colleague and a human resources recruiter contacted me by phone. He asked me a number of questions in a very basic fashion before scheduling me for two follow up phone interviews with the hiring manager and his boss. The HR recruiter then contacted me to set up an on-site interview. I interviewed with 5 different managers before finally getting a job offer. The rest of the process went quite smooth.
