Interviewed all the way to Director level. 6 interviews in all. Questions were very easy. No technical questions. At the time the main concern was "How to ramp". I simply asked what they needed help with and when all the management said the same thing, I replied that I would like to help them with that.

It was a fairly straightforward process, I was referred to the position by an employee at Tesla. The total process took about a month until I got a call from the recruiter saying that they decided to extend an offer.

Entretien
I was first emailed by a recruiter who set up an interview with the hiring manager. That went well. It was 30 minutes, and the questions were mostly behavioral. Second interview was 2-30 minutes, one with a process engineer, the other with the department manager. Both about 1/2 technical and 1/2 behavioral. If you know your stuff and prep with questions beforehand, you'll do fine.

This position is a step backward for you in job title. Are you willing to take a step away from being in an office and more into being on the floor.
After a couple of calls with the recruit we set up my first interview. That interview ran for about 30 minutes and we pretty base level. After that interview, the recruiter reached out to me and we scheduled a second interview. The second interview was more difficult and had questions focused on gauging logical based thinking and troubleshooting.
