Entretien
The recruitment process was a bit slow, in total it took the company about 5 months to hire me. I had 2 interviews with the HR, 2 interviews with a manager and 1 interview/dicussion with the whole team. The first interview was quite basic, they just asked me about my previous experience. The interviews with the manager were more difficult as the manager was asking many behavioral questions, i.e. "tell me about the time when..."

Interviewed at Tesla, first interview/call with the recruiter, second interview was with a senior member of the team along with another member with the same role. The next step was a case study presentation, but I withdrew my application.

Introductions, light behavioral questions, case study. No technical questions. Was asked to walk through my approach to a novel product release at a high level. Given opportunity to ask follow up questions.

B. Case study panel discussion
3.Panel Discussion (30 minutes each with every interviewer) Usually 3-4 Interviewers
