A recruiter reached out to me via email. We had a nice, engaging discussion about my past work, my interest in Tesla, and about the teams in the department that are hiring, and what they do. The recruiter was energetic, and delivered on time with email responses and followups. I was presented with a take home test. It was very tricky and covered a wide range of topics.
