The recruiter called me 2 hours past the confirmed scheduled time frame and was not apologetic at all - frankly he was arrogant and uninterested during the entire interview. Once he understood my previous experience his tone shifted from arrogance to "you are over qualified and I don't have time for this...". This was, by far, the worst interview experience I have had in my career. Its ironic that I want to be a part of an environmental movement and someone who doesn't know anything about you makes a baseless judgement.
