Entretien
Very brief and routine. Almost like a formality to go through before they could bring me in. Sat at the conference table. Manager quickly went through a few slides outlining the company and changes that were happening, the position, etc.

Entretien
I had worked previously for solar city and had a strong recommendation from an office manager who used to be my field manager. I was asked why I had left, why I wanted to come back. Answered those two questions and the interviewer began to explain the installation process. I asked if they have changed from the zep system and he said no. I than explained the entire install process from start to finish excitedly as I remembered little details in the back of my mind. After I finished he kinda chuckled and said that he will clear it but if I wanted to take the offer when could i start. I told him Tomorrow I cab start but better if i waited a week and a half as I was moving/ unpacking. He said Its not an official offer but HR will reach out. And that in two weeks there is a class starting so that’s perfect.
