Applied Online. Interview was 3 part. First was roughly 15 minute Phone Interview. Following Phone interview, was sent a 2 part timed online test. 1st part was basic electrical/electronics theory, 2nd part was basic mechanical theory. 3rd step is Skype Panel Interview.

Panel Interview Pt. 1:
Mechanical and Electrical Technical Questions.....
- Tell me about your experience with PLC's.
- Gearbox (Milky White Liquid inside, How did it get in there)
- 3phase 240 motor hooked to gearbox keeps overloading circuit, what do you look for?
- Nothing blocking/stopping gearbox, What next?
- 2 Phases have power, 1 doesn't, what next?
- Can i replaced 24V 100W PSU with 24V 200W PSU?

What makes you want to come to Tesla?

The interview was fair and i was given enough time when i need to think , very professional personnel. hr always contacted me to let me know about my interview time and made sure that i received the link

Multi level process with different individuals each interview. Each interview for a little more in depth each time. Usually from different departments. Also had a few what if scenario questions.

Long and at least3 people ask questions . The range of questions will be what you know about electrical boards to hydraulics and what experience do you have with Fanuc robots. Also, remember most of do not have time for the interview so the longer you answer the question the they will ask you
