Very confusing and non-technical questions expecting technical answers. Recruiter didn't seem versed with the role itself and also did not give me enough details on the role when asked. First round was offered but they wouldn't settle on a calendar date - kept moving

First was a recruiter call then technical screening and technical data knowledge after taht there is a in person panel interview for the role. Questions were based on the current tesla developments and my background.
I got reached out by a recruiter on email, asking for answer to screening questions, following which I was invited for an interview with a Staff Engineer on the team.
