Applied online and completed questionare was invited to 1-2-1 interview which asked some competency based questions went onto the shop floor for over an hour and was advised i would hear back in 5 days. I did not hear anything back and when i chased this up with recruitment they had no record of my interview ??

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
