Down to earth, plain and simple. Straight to the point and do judgemental behavior. Must be well prepared and be confident and sharp in your answer. The best way to prepare is to do your homework and be hard working.

Straight forward enough. Just a bit of a chat with store manager. Lasted about 20 mins or so. Had a look round the store and I asked about what the shifts were and if I could do part time to fit round school.
