I applied online. Filled out general questions and had to do a mini questionnaire. Waited about 4 days before I got a phone call about attending an interview. Went to the interview, got asked 5 questions and the 2nd part of the interview was offering to bag peoples shopping so that they could grasp how you interacted with customers.

Easy fill-in online application, followed by an in person interview with manager about a week after. Nice and friendly chat about expectations and making sure I met the right requirements for the job.

Applied for part-time and the interview process was very casual. Was shown around the store before being taken into the back and asked a few basic questions. Felt more like a conversation than an interview.
Fairly easy and straightforward interview. I felt comfortable talking to interviewer. It wasnt too long either. Just asked basic questions about why you want to work there and examples of when you have shown you are hardworking etc. Also if you are ok with the early shifts (6am, sometimes 4am during seasonal rush)
