The interview process was about 8 total hours over 4 weeks with members of the Marketing Department and an HR Manager. The communication about interview times and schedules was poor and it gave me a bad feeling about what it would be actually working at this company. The Marketing Department leaders seemed to have a lot of formal education but very little practical experience and didn't seem to know very much about what they needed to do to be successful. After completing the interview process I never received any follow-up.
