Easy, managers asked about experience and wanted to get to know me. Seemed interested in my previous work and seeing how I would fit in at the company. Asked a few easy questions but was more of a meet and greet.

The hiring manager reached out to me about the job opening since they had my resume on file. It was an easy interview, and 3 weeks later the hiring manager said I was the top candidate and that they would send me an offer soon. Two months go by and was told 3 separate times that I would get an offer letter, but I did not get one and was ghosted. This was in Albany, NY.
