1. The first interview was a group interview which consisted of mangers, and other potential employees.
2. The second interivew was more about the job specifics. I was given more informtion about the day to day process and did side by sides with current inbound sales agents? At the end of the side by sides I was asked do I feel as if this is the job for me.
