Applied online. Passed assessment test. Did a group interview on Tuesday. I'm waiting to see if I'm hired. It's been a day, which I've read is normal. I really hope I get it since I'm new in town.
Telephone interview and the interviewer was late. No warning, I don't recall an apology being offered. Although the interview went well and I was prepared, Unfortunately I was not offered the position.

Was a long process... Seems they are over employed in the hiring department so has to do 4 interviews because they have nothing else to do. I dont recommend working as a CSR as you will only get complaints all day non stop
It was easy and it was 1 or 2 interviews they mainly focused on sales and the experience behind customer service experience. Wanted hypothetical scenarios that would happen when you interacted with a customer and wanted to see if you knew anything about bugs
