It was about 4 rounds. Screened by the recruiter. Then individuals and one group interview. They did ask to walk through a specific win. This meant showing and providing real data, the specific strategy and the outcome. The interviewees respond to a lot of "buzz" language. Read what's hot in the SEO community and make sure to mention those things.
