J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teradata (Irving, TX) en juin 2012
Entretien
I was working as a contractor with Teradata already as I was waiting on my Green Card.
Once I got that, they immediately sent me a document to fill, which had questions about my previous experience, salary and expectations regarding salary with Teradata. After that, they asked me to travel to Dallas for an interview. They had 2-3 day interview setup for a lot of different people.
I had 4 technical and 1 HR interview. All of them went smoothly. They mostly ask for your prior experience, how you handled the client, what sort of work you were mostly involved with, what tools have you worked with previously, what are your future plans etc. They also ask you scenario based questions, as if a team member is not gelling in properly, how will you go about it etc.
The HR person explains the benefits in detail (bonus + medical insurance + 401K etc).

Question 1
Since I had worked with Teradata as a contractor, there wasn't anything I would rate as difficult. I would say just be prepared on whatever is written on your resume because they drill down in detail regarding the projects and tools and processes in them. If you know those, you're good to go.
