J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teradata (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2018
Entretien
3 rounds of interview in different location sacrificing annual leave and family commitments. Teradata pretends to be at cutting edge of analytics but the truth is they are a bunch of box and license selling organisation and that too of analytics products of yesteryear. Pretty sure they will not survive the AI/ML onslaught. I was made to wait for 3 months during the entire process and every time the feedback coming from HR was great to the extent that offer was being actively considered. After three months of active engagement in the process I was told that they are not in a position to offer and progress as the company was restructuring. I suspect that there was no approval of the role and it reflects the lackadaisical attitude of hiring managers and HR. I ended up wasting 3 annual leaves, other opportunities in top companies and constant pushing to reimburse my interview expenses. Clearly shows lack of empathy towards potential employers and constant power struggle culture at the top management. Very immature and struggling/sluggish organisation.
Friendly advice to all potential employees - stay away !
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TERADATA !
