They ask you a few questions and tell you you’re payed hourly and by piecework. They tell you someone will train you to get up to a fast pace but it’s unrealistic. Detail work involves details not rushing through the process. They know it’s unrealistic but hide behind it so they don’t have to pay.

Didn’t have a interview. Took the drug test passed it was hiring with in the next few days to a week later. With a phone call from hiring manager letting me know I’ve passed the test come in for training/on boarding
