I had the privilege of having two separate interviews with Tennis Canada. One was with an HR executive while the other was with a Marketing executive. I must say that both interviews were engaging and fun, and we discussed relevant topics for the brand marketing role. However, the main negative experience I had was the lack of follow-up. I was basically ghosted, and to this day, I am uncertain if they ever filled the role. It's possible the role was pulled without telling the candidates.
