They give you a take home test to make a proposal for smart tennis court. The proposal has 5 sub parts: Detect the moving objects, get the bird eye view of the court, detect the bounce on court, detecting the stroke of the player

The interview was in two steps. The first step was a behavioral interview on Zoom. This step was about asking me general questions and trying to understand my attitudes toward different job-related contexts. In the first interview, I talked directly with the CEO of the company and he was so kind and understanding. The second step was a technical interview. This part was my favorite but tough part of the interview. Indeed, It was a pretty fair and reasonable interview. Instead of live coding, they sent me 5 computer vision-related questions /tasks and asked me to write a short proposal that explains possible solutions to solve them. Furthermore, they asked me to choose one of the 5 tasks and implement them to the best of my knowledge in a week. The time was short but since there was no one watching my coding, I was able to perform the task as requested. After sending the proposal and my codes, we had a presentation meeting in which I answered their questions regarding my proposal. In the end, we had a welcome meeting and I got to know other colleagues as well.
