Had typical screening interview with the recruiter. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager that went well. Then I was moved to the next stage of the process and interviewed with 3 other leaders. Recruiter emailed me to say that they all had great things to say about my interview, and told me I was one of 2 final candidates. I didn’t hear back from the recruiter, so I emailed her, only to have the email kicked back because her mailbox was full. Never heard a word back. Completely ghosted. Completely unprofessional. I had a lot of time invested, only to be ghosted what a terrible candidate experience.
